01Identify the neck before selecting a sprayer
For KRN-0341, request the neck finish drawing, dimensions and tolerances for the actual bottle specification. The 45mm width body footprint does not identify a neck size. Keep the closure method and filling equipment requirements in the same review.
02Check the complete height stack
This reference lists 76mm bottle-body height and 96mm overall height. Use those two published values to compare the pictured arrangement. Do not treat their difference as the exact cap height or a guarantee that a replacement pump will fit.
03Inspect cap seating on the assembled bottle
Ask for the proposed cap insert and its interface with the selected collar or actuator. Compare the sample in the seated position and after removal, rather than approving the cap from its front view alone.
04Define functional checks with the sample
Send the intended fill product and application requirements with KRN-0341. Ask which priming, spray, dip-tube, seal and leakage checks are appropriate for that fill and assembly. Agree the test method and acceptance criteria before approving the component set.
