01Verify the exact bottle neck before selecting the cap
Start an assembly record with the exact bottle SKU and neck drawing revision or approved sample ID. If the drawing is unavailable, mark the neck specification as pending rather than selecting a pump from the photographed 15FEA label. Shared neck wording does not prove that bottles, pumps and cap inserts are interchangeable.
02Record each proposed component and its unresolved interface
List the proposed sprayer or pump model, collar model, photographed zinc alloy shell and internal cap insert separately. Mark any unknown model or insert dimension as to confirm. Use an assembled sample to check cap retention, actuator clearance, collar seating and the visible transition; the shell photograph alone cannot approve fit.
03Keep spray performance separate from cap appearance
Dip-tube length and spray behavior belong to the selected sprayer and bottle configuration. The decorative cap image does not establish those functional requirements, so include the fill product and pump direction in the project brief.
04Check silhouette, orientation and box clearance
Square, hexagonal, asymmetric and crown-shaped caps create different assembled heights and orientation requirements. Review the selected model with bottle decoration, logo direction and the planned protective insert before approving the retail pack.
05Prepare a model-specific compatibility enquiry
Include the exact cap image, bottle SKU or drawing, neck route, sprayer and collar direction, required finish, quantity, destination, box needs and target timing. KAIRUINI can then define the applicable sample and confirmation route without assuming unverified compatibility.
